41 new civil engineers for Southern Leyte

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) has announced that out of 17,010 examinees, 6,680 successfully passed the Civil Engineers Licensure Examination held in April 2024, representing a pass rate of 39.27%.


At Southern Leyte State University Main Campus, 22 individuals have become newly licensed civil engineers. They are Engineers Jebie T. Aleria, Mike Benzent G. Angcay, Jayven C. Apuyan, Hannah A. Balakwit, Arthur John D. Dela Peña, Mervin T. Duran, Stephen B. Liado, Leizel E. Lubong, Ivic E. Maitem, John Marie C. Mazo, Kristel Jean P. Metra, Ma. Viron M. Olaiz, Mary Joy S. Olayer, Nap D. Oraño, Shienalyn O. Orias, Ira Mae N. Pacurib, Rey Angelo E. Pilo, Christian Jay A. Ranque, Dominador Jr A. Ranque, Mary Judielyn B. Rola, Emellie Grace C. Salva, and Jake C. Sendrijas, achieving a passing rate of 64.71%.


Meanwhile, Saint Joseph College has also contributed 19 new civil engineers. They are Engineers Alfred Aniedes, Edcel Arana, Arjon Baluran, Justine Basa, Juvileo Bestudio, Steffany Bolo, Joshua Canales, Jose Clyde Dances, Jerald Dueñas, Alfred Mark Eway, Ralph Lacerna, John Michael Lucero, Gueen Malbas, Donnald Maitem, Liz Pesco, Fritzie May Tindoy, Raymond Valdez, Jomarie Versoza, and Jonnalyn Yucot, their passing rate stands at 29.23%.
