The town of Anahawan, Southern Leyte is a tourist destination for those who seek a hot spring for bathing and for nature tripping. The Mainit Hot and Cold Spring is located in barangay Mainit, which is around fifteen-minute drive from Anahawan proper. Like many natural hot springs, the Mainit hot spring has its therapeutic benefits for the body. An entrance fee of twenty pesos is solicited for the upkeep of the place.
