The Maasin City Fire Station is excited to announce the appointment of its new City Fire Marshal, FSInsp. Earnswell P. Tan. Bringing a wealth of knowledge and a unique background to the role, FSInsp. Tan holds a law degree alongside his fire service qualifications. While he may be relatively new to this position, his achievements are noteworthy.
FSInsp. Tan successfully passed the 2018 Bar Examination. Born on July 17, 1985, to proud parents Mr. Reynaldo S. Tan and Mrs. Jocelyn P. Tan, he has a strong educational foundation. FSInsp. Tan earned his Bachelor of Laws from the College of Maasin and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Velez College in 2006. His early education was completed at Pope John XXIII Seminary and Saint Joseph College.
As a true-blooded Maasinhon, FSInsp. Tan is expected to infuse fresh energy and direction into the city’s fire department. His appointment has been met with optimism from both his team and the local community, who are eager to see his vision and initiatives for improving fire services in Maasin City.
