Brother calls for help on missing young fisherman

Ariel Bicar is appealing for help in finding his brother who was missing last July 27, 2021. The missing fisherman is identifed as Ryan Ligtao, 26-year-old and a resident of Barangay Camang, San Ricardo.
Ryan went fishing with his friend in the municipal waters of barangay Timba. Their pump boat sank and his friend was able to come home safely, but Ryan is nowhere to be found.
