In the challenging conditions caused by Super Typhoon Pepito, Dap-ag Boys volunteers demonstrated their dedication and vigor in preserving the health and population of corals by removing over 200 Crown-of-Thorns Starfish (COTS) from a quarter-hectare area at Parola Point in Liloan town, Southern Leyte.
This weekly effort is part of the group’s ongoing response to the Crown of Thorns outbreak affecting areas in the Panaon Island.
