The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) has awarded the 23rd Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Southern Leyte Seal of Good Local Governance for 2024, recognizing its exemplary legislative performance.
A brass marker bearing the award citation was unveiled at the Legislative Building lobby during a ceremony attended by Governor Damian Gaviola Mercado, Vice Governor Rosa Emilia Gaviola Mercado, SP members, and provincial staff.
