The Eastern Visayas Regional Athletic Association (EVRAA) Meet 2025 is set to make history as Maasin City, Tacloban City and Eastern Samar collaborate in hosting the games scheduled from February 20 to March 9. The regional sports event will begin in Eastern Samar from February 20 to 23, followed by Maasin City from February 27 to March 2, and will culminate in Tacloban City from March 6 to 9.
Matches in Maasin City will be held at various venues: Arnis at Tagnipa Gym; basketball (elementary boys) at Combado Gym, basketball (secondary girls) at Mambajao Gym, basketball (secondary boys) at Provincial Capitol Gym in Asuncion, and basketball (3×3 boys and girls) at Asuncion Gym. Chess will take place at Liga ng mga Barangay Function Hall in Combado. Volleyball (elementary boys) will be held at Badiang Gym, volleyball (elementary girls) at College of Maasin Gym in Tunga-Tunga, volleyball (secondary boys) at Soleco MCO Center in Soro-Soro, and volleyball (secondary girls) at Maasin City National High School Gym in Combado. Badminton will be played at Maasin Gym and Maasin City National High School Gym in Combado.
Football (elementary level) matches will be held at TOPS Oval in Mantahan, while football (secondary level) will take place at the Maasin City Tigers Football Field. Meanwhile, Pencak Silat and Wushu competitions will be hosted at Pope Paul VI Minor Seminary Gym.
