Father charged for raping his minor daughter

Top 1 most wanted person in the municipal level was arrested for rape at barangay Lewing last October 27.
According to the police report, a 44-year-old, married, painter and a resident of barangay Lewing, was accused for raping his minor daughter.
Operatives of the Anahawan police station led by Police Lieutenant Denver E. Gabitan, OIC, conducted a manhunt operation which resulted to the arrest of the suspect, by virtue of the warrant of arrest for violation of RPC Art. 266-A(Rape), issued by Hon. Jacinto B. Elle, presiding judge of regional trial court, 8th Judicial region, branch 26, San Juan, Southern Leyte October 7, 2021. No bail was recommended for the accused.
The accused was brought to the police station for booking, documentation and proper disposition.
