In the recently issued guidelines by the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF), 5 Alert Levels were approved by President Rodrigo R. Duterte, according to Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque:
The guidelines specify the allowed 3C activities in an area that will differ depending on its alert system. These 3Cs are – closed or in-door, crowded areas, and those which promote close contacts.
In areas under the Alert Level 1 (green), 3Cs activities will be allowed in 100 percent venue capacity. For areas under Alert Level 2 (yellow), venue capacity will be reduced to 50 percent. Those areas under Alert Level 3 (orange), only 30 percent venue capacity is permitted.
3Cs activities will not be allowed in areas under Alert Level 4 (red). For Alert Level 5, the IATF protocols for an enhanced community quarantine (ECQ) will apply.
