The Maasin Maternity and Children Hospital (MMCH) celebrated its 12th founding anniversary with flare. The creative African theme concept came to life under the orchestration of its owner, Dr. Jocelyn Verano Villamor, and the inspiration of its matriarch, Cecilia Markines Verano.
The celebration with theme, “MMCH reinforced as we look forward to new health challenges,” commenced with a SportsFest among its employees at the Mambajao Gym and concluded with a colorful African Night at the Lourdes Convention Center. More than twenty physicians connected with the hospital, guests and relatives were treated to lively production numbers and enticing, specially selected delicious food. Almost everyone came in attention-grabbing attire depicting African couture.
Always thankful for blessings received, the MMCH management also shared substantial kilos of rice to its more than a hundred workers. (GMR)
