Atty. Ruevivar Reyes, publisher of Southern Leyte Times, delivered a lecture on “Ethical Communication and Legal Risks in Reporting” at the Liga ng mga Barangay Function Hall in Barangay Combado on November 5, 2024 as part of the celebration of Press Freedom Week from November 4 to 8, 2024. It was attended by students from Dongon National High School, Ibarra NHS, Manhilo NHS, SJC, and CM. The 2024 Press Freedom Week was organized by the members of the Associated Media of Southern Leyte (AMSL).
