Pugaling lass vies for Cebu crown

Cestine Abiera Fenix of Barangay Isagani “Pugaling,”Maasin City is competing in the Miss Cebu 2025 beauty pageant. She is the daughter of Dr. Wilhelmina Abiera and Engr. Peter Paul Fenix, and currently lives in Cebu City, where she is studying to become a doctor.
Cestine, who is already a licensed medical laboratory scientist and certified drug test analyst, and has a history of actively serving her community through medical missions and outreach projects aimed at supporting underserved communities. (Source: Dahlia Orit)
