The Rural Health Unit (RHU) in Padre Burgos spearheaded a symposium titled “Confronting Realities, Empowering Futures: A Symposium on Illegal Drugs, Teenage Pregnancy, and HIV/AIDS Awareness,” in collaboration with the SK Officials of Brgy. Buenavista. Held at Sitio Bairan, Buenavista, the symposium was designed to equip youth with essential knowledge and skills to confront prevalent societal challenges. The discussions centered on empowering young individuals to make informed decisions regarding sexual and reproductive health, emphasizing the prevention of early pregnancy and sexually transmitted infections, including HIV.
