The Municipality of Silago presented a check of P100,000 to centenarian Florencia Dollente Tagnipez from Brgy. Hingatungan, who marked her 100th birthday on October 27, 2024. In addition to this recognition, she will also receive P100,000 from the Department of Social Welfare and Development via the Regional Field Office, along with 50,000 pesos from the Provincial Government of So. Leyte. These additional funds are scheduled to be presented at a later time.
