Tra Vinh University of Vietnam, Southern Leyte Chamber of Commerce (SLCCI) and FilCeb Business Club, Inc. agreed in writing to build business collaborations, create opportunities to promote research and development partnership in business and agriculture.

owner Jonah Calooy, former National Dairy Authority chief Grace Jagmoc Cenas, and Cebu City Agriculturist Joeselito Baclayon were also present during the significant event.
The small group of businessmen from Southern Leyte and Cebu City also visited business establishments engaged in coffee, rice and cocoa production; and experienced the driving cultural-economic characteristics of Vietnam’s phenomenal progress. Start-up stories, best practices, and innovative business management were also shared by the host institution.
