Police Colonel Cristine Tabdi has officially taken command as the new provincial director of the Southern Leyte Provincial Police Office (SLPPO). The turnover ceremony was held on December 5, 2024 at the SLPPO provincial camp. Tabdi became the first woman to hold this position in the entire Eastern Visayas.
The ceremony was presided over by Police Regional Office-8 (PRO-8) Regional Director Police Brigadier General Jay Cumigad.
Colonel Tabdi has pledged to continue promoting programs aimed at combating criminality and sustaining the safety and security of Southern Leyte. (DYbañez, Source: SLPPO)
