Barangay Mambajao bloomed with the grand opening of Jems Artista Beauty Salon and Spa last February 25, 2024, at the ground floor level of Southern Leyte Times building in Maasin City. The beauty salon was full-packed with guests, most of who availed of the services professionally done by selected beauticians. Its owner, Jemuel Segales Luciano, was literally raised in the salon business environment by his parents that exposed him to various people by entertaining salon clients through his singing and dancing. Classical singer Jemuel Luciano is also Guam’s Royal Entertainment Productions honcho that had produced and performed several big successful concerts on Guam, and the USA. His desire to bring Live Entertainment to Guam and the USA is his main goal to introduce the beauty of Guam to Philippine celebrities and to raise funds for local and Philippine charities.
