Blood Moon thrills sky watchers

Southern Leyteños witnessed the total lunar eclipse also called as Blood Moon Lunar Eclipse last November 8, 2022. This occurrence rarely happens for years. The earth passes directly between the sun and the moon, casting a deep shadow. The eclipse lasted for more than an hour.
Stargazers and photographers around the globe captured the majestic fiery lunar eclipse.
Scientists say the next Total Lunar Eclipse is expected to happen in March 14, 2025, September 7, 2025 and March 3, 2026.
