Concerned Filipino Doctors

Apparently new, but strong and brave enough to challenge the powerful in government, they call their group CONCERNED Doctors and Citizens of the Philippines (CDC Ph) which recently expressed vehement opposition against the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) Resolution No. 22-01 imposing enhanced restrictions on unvaccinated individuals.
CDC Ph is an advocate of evidence – based medicine and human rights and called the resolution unconstitutional and oppressive to the most vulnerable Filipinos.
According to CDC Ph President, Dr. Homer Lim, the MMDA resolution flatly “ignores the constitutionally protected right of every Filipino to make independent, informed decisions that massively impact their health and the well-being of their loved ones.”
Lim said that there are “no medical studies on adverse long-term side effects of the vaccines currently being administered throughout the country and, as such, vaccinations ought to be voluntary and not government–mandated.” This is also precisely the reason why then Public Attorney’s Office (PAO) Chief Atty. Persidas Acosta expressed vehement objection to let children, 5 to 11 years old get vaccinated citing the Dengvaxia case in which 860,000 children were vaccinated and many suffered adverse side-effects, as reported by their parents. Through PAO initiative the court found probable cause against DOH officials who forced vaccination of the children.
The World Medical Association Declaration of Helsinki (in Finland, June 1964) adopted 32 Ethical Principles for Medical Research Involving Human Subjects. This Declaration was amended seven (7) times by WMA General Assemblies in various nations worldwide.
Very obviously, the ways and methods in the current vaccination campaign clearly defy and violate the WMA-adopted Ethical Principles. Vaccine businessmen were castigated by prominent doctors, scientists, and other medical professionals, including Pfizer’s former high official. Cases are now heard against vaccine manufacturers and promoters for crimes against humanity in the International Criminal Court.
I hereby cite five (5) Ethical Principles from the WMA Declaration:
1.The World Medical Association has develop the Declaration of Helsinki as a statement of ethical principles to provide guidance to physicians and other participants in medical research involving human subjects….
2.It is the duty of the physician to promote and safeguard the health of the people. The physician’s knowledge and conscience are dedicated to the fulfillment of this duty.
3.The Declaration of Geneva of the World Medical Association binds the physician with the words, “The health of my patient will be my first consideration,” and the International Code of Medical Ethics declares that, “A physician shall act only in the patient’s interest when providing medical care which might have the effect of weakening the physical and mental condition of the patient.”

  1. In medical research on human subjects, considerations related to the well-being of the human subject should take precedence over the interest of science and society.
  2. It is the duty of the physician in medical research to protect the life, health, privacy, and dignity of the human subject.
The Nuremberg Code which adopted 10 Principles for Medical Research after World War II, was emphatic when it declared that “informed voluntary consent is absolute.” In the Philippines, Filipinos were goaded into signing “waivers” to let vaccinators escape liability. Many people died after getting vaccinated but deaths were hushed up or claimed as Covid-related. Millions died worldwide, yet vaccines continue with their multiple booster shots for the pre-conceived Covid variants. But millions of vaccines were reported to expire in July this year.
People are fortunate if vaccine chemicals are naturally discharged from their bodies.
