Quarantine is no longer required for fully vaccinated individuals coming from Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao, according to provincial Executive Order No. 58. On establishments, people and activities, 70% of the venue capacity is allowed to operate, including gatherings outside the areas of entertainment, fairs and cockfighting operations. For contact sports such as basketball or any sport, players have to show the vaccination card to the barangay officials, and no inter-barangay activity is allowed.
