Agrarian Reform Secretary Brother John Castriciones is scheduled to distribute around 575 certificates of land ownership award (CLOAs), and turnover farm machineries to selected farmers in Southern Leyte, according to Regional Director Ismael Aya-ay of the Department of Agrarian Reform 8 (DAR-8).
Secretary Castriciones will also turnover farm machineries to selected agrarian reform beneficiary organizations as support assistance under the Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries Development and Sustainability Program, Director Aya-ay added.
