The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) has released the results of the Master Plumbers Licensure Examination, revealing that 1,594 out of 3,594 examinees (44.35%) successfully passed the exam.
The examination was administered by the Board for Master Plumbers across various testing centers including N. C. R., Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Rosales, and Tacloban on February 15-16, 2024.
In Southern Leyte State University (SLSU) Main Campus, five newly registered Master Plumbers emerged successful in the examination, including Engr. Regie S. Berdos, RMP, from Inopacan, Leyte; Engr. Servando B. Bitang Jr., RMP, from Sogod, Southern Leyte; Engr. Saturnino P. Leal III, RMP, from Inopacan, Leyte; Engr. Kenneth Vincent M. Martinez, RMP, from Malitbog, Southern Leyte; and Engr. John Vincent A. Quintinita, RMP, from Silago, Southern Leyte. SLSU showcased an outstanding performance with a passing rate of 83.33%.
Also, Saint Joseph College produced five newly registered Master Plumbers namely; Engr. Junbert Gida, RMP; Liz Pesco, RMP; Engr. Paul Anthony Cagabhion, RMP; Engr. Rodney Lolo, RMP and Engr. Ricky Necesario, RMP.
Meanwhile, De La Salle University-Manila emerged as the top performing school with a 100% passing rate, while Arllan Feoj Arnaiz Santillan from University of Mindanao-Davao City is top one among examinees.
